The IT Executive is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and digital operations. This role ensures smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and communication systems while providing timely technical support to all departments. The position plays a key role in ensuring system reliability, data security, and overall IT efficiency within the organization.

ROLES

The IT Executive provides technical support across the organization and assists in managing IT systems, network connectivity, hardware maintenance, software installation, and data security. The role also coordinates with external IT service providers when necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network devices.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.

• Maintain and monitor network connectivity, internet systems, and email services.

• Ensure regular data backup and system security compliance.

• Manage CCTV systems, access control systems, and IT equipment.

• Troubleshoot IT issues and provide timely resolution to users.

• Maintain IT inventory and equipment records.

• Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and maintenance.

• Support system upgrades, software updates, and IT improvements.

• Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience.

• Good knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and common business software.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently under supervision. Minimum 10 years of maintenance or engineering experience.
